Last updated: April 29, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Cinetell and all services, tools, and features made available through it. By accessing or using Cinetell, you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. Who We Are
Cinetell is an AI-powered cinematic storytelling platform that lets users create images and videos using generative AI models. We are committed to providing a safe, legal, and creative environment for all users.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use Cinetell to generate, store, distribute, or facilitate any content that:
a. Violates the law. This includes content that is illegal under applicable local, national, or international law, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), defamatory content, and content that incites violence or hatred.
b. Depicts minors in a sexual or exploitative manner. This is a zero-tolerance policy. Any account found generating such content will be immediately and permanently suspended and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
c. Constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). You may not generate images or videos depicting real, identifiable individuals in a sexual context without their explicit, documented consent. This applies to both real photographs used as references and AI-generated likenesses.
d. Infringes intellectual property rights. You may not use Cinetell to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from copyrighted material without authorization.
e. Impersonates or defames real people. You may not generate content designed to deceive others into believing it is authentic footage or imagery of a real person, particularly for purposes of fraud, reputation damage, or harassment.
f. Facilitates harassment or abuse. You may not use Cinetell to target, threaten, or harass any individual or group.
g. Promotes terrorism or mass violence. You may not generate content glorifying, promoting, or facilitating acts of terrorism, genocide, or mass violence.
3. Platform Integrity
You may not:
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, token systems, or access controls through automated tools, scripts, or any other means.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary prompt engineering, model configurations, or platform logic.
- Share account credentials or resell platform access without written authorization.
- Use the platform for any commercial purpose that violates these terms or applicable law.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
All content generated through Cinetell is labeled as AI-generated using C2PA (Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity) metadata and invisible watermarking. You may not remove, obscure, or falsify these provenance markers. Distributing Cinetell-generated content without its provenance metadata intact is a violation of this AUP.
5. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content on Cinetell that you believe violates this AUP or applicable law, please report it at cinetell.com/report. We review all reports and respond in accordance with the TAKE IT DOWN Act and DMCA safe harbor procedures.
6. Consequences of Violations
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Immediate content removal
- Temporary or permanent account suspension without refund
- Reporting to law enforcement or NCMEC as required by law
- Legal action where appropriate
7. Changes to This Policy
